Consulting.
Not every club starts from the same place. We work with you in one of two ways, depending on what you need today.
Pack Foundation.
We come into the club, build the system from scratch and train your staff. Twelve months, in step with the season. The aim is that, at the end, the club can run it on its own, and renews if it wants to.
Diagnostic and kick-off.
We look at what you have and what's missing, and set up monitoring that fits the club.
Training your staff.
We teach the staff to collect, read and use the data, so they depend on us less and less.
Weekly follow-up.
One video call a week, one written report a month, and Nex AMS included for the length of the contract.
On site or remote.
On site
Within 100 km of Lisbon. Diagnostic at the club and three visits a year.
Remote
Rest of the country and abroad. Two intensive blocks a quarter, by video call with the staff. The same work, without the travel. Extra on-site days if you need them.
Why twelve months? Boards are elected and serve terms, and a contract that crosses an election doesn't go well. We leave a written 36-month plan, but the commitment is year by year.
Pack Intelligence.
You collect the data, in Nex AMS or wherever you already have it. We read it and tell you what we'd do. Month by month, remotely.
Who it's for.
Clubs with an S&C coach but no time for analysis. Nex AMS users who want a second read. Or anyone who wants an outside eye, without a long contract.
What you get.
Periodic reports with trends and conclusions, written recommendations, and flags for changes worth reviewing.
How it works.
No visits. Ongoing remote support and monthly renewal.
First, know what is already there.
The Structural Diagnostic is an honest picture of where the club stands, with a plan for the first twelve months. If you go ahead with Pack Fundação within sixty days, it comes off the first invoice.
What we look at.
Age groups, coaching staff, what already gets collected, what equipment exists, and what happens to that data afterwards.
What you get.
A written document. The picture of the club, what changes first, and a plan for the first season.
No commitment.
It stands on its own. If you would rather carry on alone with it, that is fine too.
One-off projects.
One question, a closed scope, one report. For specific moments in the season.
At the club
One-off physical assessment
On-site physical testing battery at the club. Individual athlete assessment with a report delivered per athlete.
Staff workshop
On-site training session for technical staff: data collection, report interpretation and monitoring methodology.
Remote
Injury report
Patterns by position, period and mechanism, and points to discuss with the staff.
Assessment report
Comparison by position, individual progress and training recommendations.
Load report
How load varied across the season and what coincided with periods of lower availability, with the limits of the analysis spelled out.
Season report
Everything together, read across the season, with recommendations for the next one.
Bespoke intervention
Your question, with the scope closed before we start. No software development.
Let's look at where you're starting from.
In a 30-minute call you tell us what you have today, and we tell you frankly what would make a difference first.
