How it works

    First conversation

    We start with a 30-minute call to understand your goal, your sport, your injury history and your weekly availability.

    Physical assessment

    The first in-person session is a test battery adapted to your sport, which sets the baseline.

  3. 3

    Plan and sessions

    From there you get an individual plan with weekly sessions and continuous monitoring between them.

  4. 4

    Regular review

    Every six weeks we look at your progress and adjust the goals and the plan.

Modalities

In-person

1:1 sessions in agreed location, with direct coaching from the S&C specialist.

Ideal for: Athletes who live or train in Margem Sul.

Online

An individualised training plan, weekly remote follow-up and monitoring through the app.

Ideal for: Athletes outside Margem Sul or with demanding schedules.

Hybrid

Occasional in-person sessions combined with remote follow-up between them.

Ideal for: Athletes with limited availability for weekly in-person.

Where we train

  • Public spaces in Margem Sul (parks, sports halls, tracks).
  • Own studio in Azeitão (Setúbal), private space with equipment dedicated to individual sessions.
  • And there is always the online option, for those further away.
