Data we collect

We only collect data you actively give us through the contact forms (name, email, phone if provided, role, message) or when you book a meeting via Calendly. We do not buy or scrape data.

Why we process it

To respond to your message, schedule meetings, deliver the services you contracted, and — if you opt in — send you knowledge updates. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contract performance (6(1)(b)).

Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Client data tied to active contracts is kept for the duration of the relationship plus the legal retention period (typically 10 years for invoicing).

Sharing

Your data is processed by us and a small set of GDPR-compliant subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), Formspree (form delivery), Calendly (scheduling), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority). Email us to exercise any right.
